How should I care for my dog accessories?

Our accessories are crafted from durable materials that are easy to clean and wash. While they are washing machine safe, hand washing is the best option to extend their lifespan.

Hand Wash Preferred:

Soak accessories in warm, soapy water (dog shampoo works great) for 10-15 minutes.
Use a toothbrush to remove dirt and stains.
Let soak for an additional 10 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly and hang to dry.

Machine Wash:

Use a gentle cycle if hand washing is not possible.
Avoid using harsh detergents.

We highly DO NOT recommend using a dryer to dry your accessories.

What should I do if I receive a faulty items?

If the items arrived faulty please get in touch with us as soon as you received the item or within 14 days.
Order number and images of the faulty items may be requested.
We are more than happy to refund or send you a new item.

Items are considered faulty if they are not as described or not of quality standards.
Damaged items due normal wear and tear would not be considered as faulty.
