Our accessories are made from durable materials that can easily be cleaned and washed.
They are all washing machine safe. But in order to extend the life span of the accessories, hand washing would be the best option.
It is recommended to soak accessories in warm soapy water (feel free to use your dog shampoo) for 10-15 minutes depending on how dirty or smelly the garment is. Use a toothbrush to get rid of dirt and stains. Let it soak for another 10 minutes and give it a good rinse, and hang to dry.
We highly DO NOT recommend using a dryer to dry your accessories.

If the items arrived faulty please get in touch with us as soon as you received the item or within 14 days.
Order number and images of the faulty items may be requested.
We are more than happy to refund or send you a new item.
Items are considered faulty if they are not as described or not of quality standards.
Damaged items due normal wear and tear would not be considered as faulty.
