Return

If you are not happy with the item and it is not what you expected, we are happy for the items to be returned 14 days after receiving the item. Items must be returned new, unworn and with tags just like you received them. We may also request an order number.


Return shipping will be at the buyer's expense. It is recommended to provide a tracking number to guarantee we will receive the items back as we do not take responsibility for any lost items.


Sale items and Gift Vouchers are not included.

 


Refund

Once we have received the returned items, we will notify you and discuss this further.

If the refund is approved, we will process the refund which would be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Please do take note that there might be delays for any refund to be processed. This is depending on your bank or credit company.

 

Sale items and Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

 

Exchange

If an item received may not be the correct size or changed your mind on the design/color, feel free to let us know within 14 days of receiving the items
